All Desvalido orders ship from Mannering Park, NSW Australia, with Australia Post
We try to keep things as private as we can, shipping in unbranded bags & boxes so your delivery driver won't have a clue (unless you flash 'em next time of course!)
International orders are passed onto national couriers (i.e. USA - USPS, Canada - Canada Post, UK - Royal Mail, NZ - New Zealand Post)

Australia:
- Free tracked on orders over $160 AUD - delivery estimate 3-7 business days
- Standard $10 AUD - tracking included, delivery estimate 3-7 business days
- Express $13 AUD - tracking included, delivery estimate 1-3 business days in the express network
- Rush $75 AUD - tracking included, delivery estimate 1-3 business days in the express network, you're bribing me to stay back a little late, order a pizza, & sew your order the day it comes in
New Zealand:
- Free over $260 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 2 weeks
- Standard $10 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 2 weeks
- Express $25 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 4-6 business days
USA & Canada:
- Free over $200 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 2 weeks
- Standard $20 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 2 weeks
- Express $40 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 4-6 business days
International - Other Countries:
- Free over $200 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 2 weeks to most countries
- Standard $24 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 2 weeks to most countries
- Express $47 AUD - tracking included, typically delivered within 4-6 business days
Often parcels can be delayed in December so we recommend ordering in advance whenever possible!

We can ship on time, fill in the customs forms correctly, & give it our absolute best shot, but we can't be responsible for delays. If you need something by a specific date & you've upgraded to the suggested shipping method, although there's a high chance it will get to you on time we're not making any promises we can't keep
To get an estimate of your delivery date, visit the "Sending" tab on the Australia Post website, enter "Mannering Park NSW 2259" in the from section, then enter your delivery country & postcode (suburb or postcode for Australian orders)
